The Bolivian Government, confirms the subversive strategy called Plan Tipnis, which seeks to destabilize and create the conditions for a coup in Bolivia.

USAID Grants $3 Million to Solidarity Center’s Bogotá Office – Unionists Want to Know Why

"The NED exists for one reason–to manipulate governments, social movements and elections in other countries in order to advance the international policies of the US which, in turn, are designed to accommodate private access to natural resources and increase transnational corporate profits. In an interview with the New York Times in 1991, Allen Weinstein, one of the NED’s founders, said that, 'A lot of what we do today was done covertly by the CIA.'”

False Solutions: CIDOB and COICA Call for REDD Indigena at Rio+20 (Spanish)

Amnesty in the Twilight of Human Rights and Imperialism

"If it were up to Amnesty, Syria would have been yet another country destroyed by the military power of the United States and NATO. Fortunately, China and Russia vetoed the resolution that would have opened the doors to another war. I am not naive, and therefore, I know that both countries had their hidden agendas in vetoing the resolution, but at least, as of today there are no NATO’s bombs falling on children from the sky. That's how I see it, but here is what Amnesty has to say about the veto: ..."

ALBA Expels USAID from Member Countries

"Given the open interference of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the internal politics of the ALBA countries, under the excuse of “planning and administering economic and humanitarian assistance for the whole world outside of the United States,” financing non-governmental organizations and actions and projects designed to destabilise the legitimate governments which do not share their common interests. Knowing the evidence brought to light by the declassified documents of the North American State Department in which the financing of organisations and political parties in opposition to ALBA countries is made evident, in a clear and shameless interference in the internal political processes of each nation."

Avaaz: Empire Propaganda Mill Masquerading as Grassroots Activism

The fraudulent ‘humanitarian intervention’ concept is built upon atrocious lies and emotive propaganda peddled by these networks of closely interconnected ‘human rights’, ‘democracy promotion’, and ‘crisis prevention’ groups. Before having an emotional knee-jerk reaction to these issues, we must inspect the people behind these voices. Avaaz’s recent petition feverishly entitled “Protect Syria’s Children Now!” currently has over 780,000 signatures. Orwellian ‘human rights’ outfits such as Avaaz have become adept at manipulating well-meaning activists and liberals into supporting the very agenda they purport to oppose – placing them firmly in the same camp as the most virulent Zionists, Neoconservatives, and war hawks one can imagine. This makes the illusory nature of the left-right dichotomy clearer than ever before, but even more worryingly it expedites the march of the NATO-GCC-Israeli war machine that now has Syria in its crosshairs.

SUPPORT BOLIVIAN PRESIDENT EVO MORALES AGAINST ESCALATING DESTABILIZATION CAMPAIGNS

"Our friend and comrade Evo Morales Ayma, President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, is currently facing growing destabilization attempts, seeking to weaken his government, which was democratically reelected, and thus to truncate the Cultural and Democratic Revolutionary process that he has been heading since 2006."

U.S. Orchestrated Color Revolutions to Sweep Across Latin America in 2013-2014

"... plans are being devised in the White House that a series of color revolutions will erupt across Latin America in 2013-2014 and derail the continent's advancement towards tighter integration in the security and other spheres. As the fresh experience of Libya showed with utmost clarity, Washington's new brand of color revolutions will - in contrast to the former coups which used to be accompanied with outpourings of pacifist rhetoric - involve ferocious fighting and massive fatalities."

WATCH: How the U.S. Government and Nonprofits Found Each Other: USAID

Thomas Tighe, President and CEO of Direct Relief International states the following in reference to foreign aid: "...they basically put out a tender, the American foreign policy objectives are these things and if you want to bid on them submit your proposal but you're gonna do what we want done & we're gonna pay for it."
